Npoker Terms & Conditions – Complete User Policy

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the npoker platform and its users. By accessing the npoker website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all of these terms.

Npoker is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions have been written in plain, straightforward language with Bangladeshi players in mind so that everyone can easily understand them.

When registering an account with npoker, you must provide accurate and complete information. npoker reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address will be flagged as duplicates, and all balances including bonuses will be voided.

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details at registration.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

Npoker strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. If age cannot be confirmed during KYC verification, the account will be temporarily suspended.

To verify your account, npoker may request any one of the following identity documents:

Npoker supports Bangladesh's three major mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through secure channels.

• Deposit processing time: Usually within 5 minutes

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. To complete KYC, you must submit a photo of your national ID and a selfie.

Npoker reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and to delay it if necessary. Any transaction linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Npoker offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit (up to the maximum specified amount). Wagering requirement: ×30 (the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).

Cashback Bonus: A portion of your weekly net losses will be returned as cashback. Wagering requirement: ×1 — meaning you only need to place one bet before withdrawing your cashback.

• Bonuses are only valid for use on designated games, as specified in each individual bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the first must be completed before the next one begins.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Each promotion has a set expiry date – any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

Npoker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Advance notice will be given for significant changes.

All bets are governed by the following general rules. Additional rules may apply to specific sports or games and will be noted on the relevant game or event page.

• Placed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a specific cash-out option is available).
• Npoker reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If conflicting bets on the same event (Sure Bet/Arbitrage) are detected, those bets will be voided.
• Results for all Sports Betting — including cricket, football, and more — are settled in accordance with the official rules book.
• Any evidence of suspected match-fixing or use of insider information will result in bet cancellation and account suspension.

For casino games, the individual rules of each game apply. The RNG (Random Number Generator) system is always verified by an independent third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the npoker platform. Any evidence of such activity will result in immediate account termination:

• Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts under a single individual.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bonus abuse: Strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Fraud: Use of a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Hacking: Unauthorized attempts to access the system.
• Third-Party Payments: Use of a payment method not registered in your own name.

Npoker may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or discrepancies in submitted information.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Legal requirements or regulatory authority directives.

Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be returned once all pending bets have been settled.

Npoker supports entertainment, not addiction. We believe a happy, healthy player is the foundation of a lasting relationship. To that end, we offer a range of responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Bet limits: Set a maximum stake amount per bet.
• Session limit: Decide in advance how long you will play in a single session.
• Cooling-off: Temporarily close your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for 6 months or permanently.
